Dhoom was her next monetarily succesfull film. The film gave her a great deal of appreciation and distinction. after this Esha did a few movies later like Shaadi No. 1, Ankhee, Pyaare Mohan, Tell me O Khuda, Hijack and No Entry.

In 2006 while going for movie Pyaare Mohan she slapped entertainer Amrita Rao and in a meeting when gotten some information about it she said OK I slapped her since she was manhandling me before the cameraman and chief and to represent her poise and self confidence she slapped her.
